NY Wine Advisors

Born out of our love of fine wines and delicious food, and a desire to remove the "wine mystique" from all aspects of wine sales and consumption, NY Wine Advisors has become the bridge between wine consumers, and both on-premise and off-premise wine sales.

In 2013, after 31 years as a personal financial advisor, preceded by several years as a management and operations consultant, Jeff Franklin, our principal, decided to follow his passion for all things wine.  He is joined by his wife, and partner, Linda, making this effort a family affair.

Jeff has earned his Advanced Certificate (Level 3) from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), as well as the Certified Specialist of Wine designation from the Society of Wine Educators, and the Wine Location Specialist designation from the Center for Wine Origins.  While he focuses on wine education and consulting, Linda adds her excellent and discriminating palate, along with her skills in food selection and preparation.
